Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are for one-time only use. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cashback will be given for part-redemption.

The voucher itself must be presented on arrival. Any reservation made using a gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy and will be automatically redeemed in the case of no-show, late cancellation or part cancellation.
